STEP 02Load calculations, mix specifications, and reinforcement schedules are determined to meet or exceed local building codes before digging begins.
Excavation & Sub-Grade
STEP 03We excavate to depth, install drainage, and compact the sub-base to prevent future settling. A slab is only as stable as the ground beneath it.
Execution
Method.
The Pour
STEP 06Commercial mix delivery. We vibrate to remove air pockets and consolidate the mix around reinforcement for maximum density.
Finishing
STEP 07Timing is critical. We apply the chosen finish—broom, hard-trowel, or exposed aggregate—as the concrete reaches the perfect state of plasticity.
Curing
STEP 08We slow down the drying process with curing compounds or covers to ensure the concrete reaches its full design strength without cracking.
Sealing
STEP 09Control joints are cut to manage shrinkage. A high-grade sealer is applied to protect against staining, salts, and freeze-thaw damage.
Handover
STEP 10A meticulous site cleanup and final walkthrough. We review the work together to ensure every detail meets our strict standards.
